Hello!
Maybe a silly question, but my (Austrian) 907 has written only 51kW in their papers- god know why (while it should run 230km/h as written in the papers).
My 907 max runs 220 (speedo).
Are there different versions on the market, if yes- how to upgrade?

Re: kW- Versions
because it`s true. You didn`t expect the bike to have 90hp ?Maybe a silly question, but my (Austrian) 907 has written only 51kW in their papers- god know why
There`s an italian review of the 907ie and they write 82,7hp at 8.500rpm at crankshaft, 75.42hp at 8.500rpm at rear wheel. Specific power at crankshaft cv/lt: 91.48.
It always depends on where the power is measured. Of course many brochures mentioned the power at the crankshaft or clutch while actual magazines state the power at the rear wheel (as everything else is marketing).
Similar for topspeed. In the article it says indicated at 237km/h at 8.400rpm, actual 216km/h.
Put a bicycle speedometer or a GPS on the bike and you`ll see it doesn`t do 220. (Is your bike fully original ?)
There are no different 907ie versions on the market (I know of), except to the US version with a different/leaner chip.
Your bike is perfectly in the norm.
