Recently one of our Benelli Uk members took one of these to Stafford Classic Bike Show and won best 1980s Bike! I think it takes great influence from the Paso, it was built as a tribute to the late racer Jarno Saarinen
It’s a 125 two stroke with nearly 30 bhp and capable of nearly 100 mph ( 160 Kph)
This was to be Alessandro de Tomaso last bike made by Benelli under his ownership of the company. Alessandro de Tomaso also made De Tomaso muscle cars and owned Moto Guzzi at the same time as Benelli.
