scale model of a 907 or Paso?

Does anyone have a toy / scale model of this bike? Or know of one? Google was of no help here. Is the motorcycle of our passion so popular that nobody made a scale model? 1:43. 1:12?
I like to have scale models of the vehicles I used to, or currently own (It helps with separation anxiety at the office).

it seems there was a company called Minitruck which made a miniature model of a Paso. In the past 15 years I only saw two on ebay. I`ve never seen an RC model.
