Hi guys,
Does anyone own an Abarth? Share you're opinions if so, please?

Re: Fiat Cinquecento
You mean a 2012 cinquecento Abarth?
The ones for US market are built in Mexico, I suppose and they're VERY better than italian ones. I can tell you nothing more than this: BEWARE of european manifactured cars: factories are in East Europe with low cost labor (and very low quality!)

Re: Fiat Cinquecento
Thank you, and yes I am referring to North American ones. Let's see if I can remember correctlty. I believe the C510 transmission is made in Verona Italy, Engines in Dundee Michigan, and they are all assembled in Mexico as you say.
I am hoping to obtain a 2013 this summer. Following some of the forums, you can imagine there are many posts on the negatives, but also many who are quite pleased with the cars.
I am in need of something much better on gas than my Dodge Ram at 11-12 mpg.
Insurance seems reasonable from a quote I called for.
One funny thing is the clocks do not seem to keep time well....where have I heard that before, hehe.
Thanks again ducapaso

Re: Fiat Cinquecento
I can't tell you anything about the Cinquecentos built in Mexico.
A friend of mine owns a Cinquecento, I also have ride her.
A good car, like all the FIAT runabouts.
For sure, you'll spare tons of gasoline ...
Let us know!!!
Ciao
