Sorry guys, I havn't remained true to the cause.
But, dammit, I just want this thing to go on and on and on...
So, another winter project is over :P

Image

Yamaha fz750 headlight - untried, but will let you know
Clutch basket drive bearings
Gear change selector fork pivot repaired - behind magneto
Honda CBR600F3 front brake calipers -4 pot - home made bracket
FZR1000 front wheel and rotors - 120/60x17 - Diablo
Suzuki back wheel -150/60x17 - Diablo - modified back caliper bracket
Starter solenoid - Ford - hehe
Mikuni cv carbs, Dyanjet stage one kit with pod filters
Cylinders honed and new rings -(sorry J fiore - those rings just never liked my bike) - had to due to ring/piston damage
Front fork seals and dust caps
Dual airhorns - sick of deaf car drivers
Ducati Monster Mufflers -slightly modified -shhhhhhhhhhhhh don't tell Ministry of Transport (old 2 into 1 Conti was stuffed)
Made my own headers - 10 pieces of tube - nightmare to fit around side stand, centre stand, oil filter, oil drain, swing arm, fairings etc

But - I'm happy - a little crazy maybe

It may not be the same bike that rolled out of the factory but it looks good to me........

Roll on summer

Hey Silverfox
looks fantastic and I like all the mods you have done to it. Would love to see the bike in the flesh. I also need your help on a few things (ideas) as I'm in the middle of rebuilding my '88 750 sport with similar changes.
please contact me in CHCH.

Tony,

Great job there. Mods are always required when the original is not available. The Mikuni change and pods makes a huge difference. Roll on summer. Cheers,
Fraser.
