Have You swingarm from 907IE? Looks similar. ANY problems to fit it to 750 Paso?

I doubt they can supply the chip. However, the chip can be bought by Ferracci.
Some time ago, I asked Galassetti for the price of a couple of mufflers and it would be around 500 euros.
