Thanks. The last owner (the brother was a Duc mechanic) and I spent some efforts to make it what it is today. The bike was totally rebuild, frame and wheels painted/powder coated. Engine case, triple clamps, swingarm etc where polished. Even the brake calipers. The engine was rebuild and the heads m...

I used an universal voltage gauge once as I had problems with the regulator. It was one of those cheap small, but long digital gauges which also show internal/external temperature. You can find them in any car shop usually. It was only so high that it could be fitted above the instrument panel (in t...

here`re some pictures http://www.arcor.de/palb/thumbs_public.jsp?catID=29&albumID=3171174 The only problem with a NW is that some parts (waterpump, starter sprag) are even more rare that some Paso parts. Maybe it`s comparable to the chance to find a water coolant reservoire for a 906. Gilera bui...

The wheels I have are from a 1988 851. So the very first tricolore. Here`s the only pic I could find. The one in front has Marvic "one-piece" mag wheels. I think these are 17". The 851 on the rear has the 16" Marvics. http://ariekabaalstra.web-log.nl/ The Montjuich had a 3.75x16 ...

forget the Marvics, I only mentioned them because I have those wheels. The tires mentioned and the TÜV approval are for the stock Oscam wheels.
The Marvics btw have the same size on the rear and on the front it`s a 3.5x16 instead of a 3.75x16. So what`s mentioned remains an alternative.

I`m sure you can remove 13-18 (the drive) without disassembling the head. To remove the speedo "snail drive" from the cam I don`t think the cam needs to be removed. As you see on the front side there`s a ball bearing pressed in the cyl. head. So I think it should be enough to remove the ca...

the front tire is a AV45 Azaro Chain and sprockets need to be changed to 520. Side and center stand lengthened and front fender raised. As you can see on the Avon homepage the 180/60 is also recommended for a 5" rim, which a 150/80 isn`t. Here some info about the speed index, for who says that ...

Hi, these endless tire discussion always make me freak out  Sorry for this, it`s just that this topic gets discussed and the rediscussed a.s.o. In this case of course it`s different as it`s about tire alternatives, but also here do not compare a 750 Sport and a Paso. They may be identical in m...

Greg, you`ll find all parts on ebay except to the keyswitch. If yours has "only" contact problems you can carefully take it apart (beware there`s a spring and a small metal ball inside that may fly away when you open it). Usually some bad contact built up resistance and cause some parts to...

The cylinders of the 900 are slightely higher so the header tubes could be too long. "Could" I don`t really know.
I have a 2in1 system. Is there any number on the header ? Maybe I can compare to mine.

if I may say. Your page mentions that the engine is an aircooled V-twin. It`s oil cooled.

depending on the rest of it`s condition I`d say that that`s not cheap. Check on ebay for which prices Pasos go. The trans is a very expensive part if you need to change it completely. Some time ago Ducati was clearing their stock and had a list of parts they sold for much less. I know it included al...

from the shape I would say these are modified cans from SHARK (for Monster or Supersport probably).
I have some of these in oval and they look anout the same.
