Jayh,
Which front tyre do you use? I'll need to replace the tires this year because my Paso is still on a (tired) set of Michelins. I like the sound of the Metzeler 880 for the rear, but I'm curious what you have up front.
Cheers,
Mike

Re: Tricolore
As usual gentlemen: great information! G, if I tried to fill the (hairline) cracks with resin, do I have to use anything to treat the fairing before applying the resin to make sure I get a good bond? Higgy, in relation to the tank and fairing, are you saying to fasten the two bolts holding the tank ...
Re: Tricolore
I agree with Higgy and G on this one Antti. With the combined skills of people on this forum the odd translation shouldn't be a problem. Man, Ich muss naechtes Jahr einige Risse in die Schraublocher in die Schale meines Paso reparieren. Hasst du sonsst eininge tips? (Man, next year I may need to rep...

Re: underseat electrics.
Sorry Desmodave, not sure what you mean by b+? The pics were taken after I completed the wiring upgrade described in the FAQs.
The regulator is the original one and was quite common judging by the pics from Jon and others.
Cheers,
Mike

Re: underseat electrics.
Jon, It seems your alternator wiring has melted in exactly the same interesting, chocolatey, way as mine. I recently cut the wires back to where they were halfway decent and crimped new connectors on. It went from this: Old_wiring.JPG to this: New_wiring.JPG and a photo of the complete setup for Des...

Hi Nigel, Claude,
Was in Melbourne last month and saw a 907 parked outside one of the new office buildings at the top of Bourke St (where the Southern Cross Hotel used to be). Either of you lads?
Cheers,
Mike

Re: Running rich
Hi Jay, You may be right about the 50-60k city running, which is what I have done mostly in recent times. The weather is actually improving on this side of the world and the days get up to about 20 deg C, despite the frosty nights  , so I might take it for a good run and see what the plugs lo...

A while ago my Paso started having difficulty starting. It would start on the front cylinder and after a short while the rear cylinder would kick in. A week ago the rear cylinder wouldn't fire at all. :( I've completed all the electrical upgrades and cleaned all the connectors. After the relay upgra...

Hi Redchubeka,
I would be interested in your red mirror if you are selling it. Son bumped into bike while in the garage and damaged left hand side unit.
Cheers,
Mike
