Re: F C R's

They are split and there is only one accellerator pump ( on the front carb ) and a small hose linking it to the back carb , which sorta makes sense, just that all the pix I have seen show one pump per carb.............. And where do you get o/haul kits (every time I look for any sort of FCR kit I g...

Re: Mc tools sunday ride

As many of you may have gathered from recent ( and not so recent ) comments and pix I had a goodie on 14/6/09, came over the brow of a hill to find one of our senior citezins doing a three point turn and completely blocking the road. I hit the car just behind the front wheel , flew thru the air , h...

Re: The Graduation Gift...

I didn't realize I hadn't posted an update on this... After getting a Ducati front sprocket machined, new Supersprox rear sprocket, and a new chain, I was all ready to take the bike for a spin back in December. To my horror after I started it, the bike was spewing gas...all over the top of the horiz...

Re: New tires ?

I'll have to start riding my Paso some more, burn off that new Dunlop Qualifier front and the D205 rear tires, before I have to worry about buying any of these.

Re: Started Looking at My Paso Project Bike

Removing the reserviors and lifting them up....etc.... I usually don't have any issues and have even changed clutch and brake lines in the past. The largest issue I've run into in the past was an air bubble at the master cylinder, essentially rendering the master cylinder useless. I tried all sorts...

Re: Started Looking at My Paso Project Bike

I ran into some issues with the bike fouling the horizontal plug a few times and I really need to replace the battery, so I quit commuting on the Paso for a while. Additionally, the front brakes got really spongy, and when I bled them, I couldn't get them to firm up. I got frustrated and let the bik...

Re: my Paso - a never ending (love) story ...

This are steering bearing parts from a SS. Does anyone know if the Paso has such a large washer as the one on the right ? I found one in the garage and actually don`t know if it`s from the Paso (can`t see it in the parts catalogue though) or just some part I got with a lot of other Duc parts. http:...

Re: watch and weep - Ian Gowanloch`s part depot

but the parts are there, available and if it is the only one left you will take it, even if it means repainting/cleaning etc. While trying to get my Paso back on the road a few years ago, I tried to contact them four or five times. Most emails went unanswered, and the one that I did get a reply fro...

Re: watch and weep - Ian Gowanloch`s part depot

I looked at some of the pictures, but just couldn't bring myself to look at all of them. It did make me wonder just how much of those parts have become absolute junk over the years or been severly deteriorated enough to make no one want them. I'm sure a lot of parts that were obtained brand new have...

Re: The Graduation Gift...

As I don`t really know much about Bimotas I googled the DB2 and according to what I found the front sprocket is the same for the DB2/3/4. Doesn`t seem to be so hard to find one if it`s not a 16 tooth sprocket. 14 and 15 I found. I`ve read in one forum that the front sprocket of the Cagiva Canyon 90...
