i will sketch up my ideas but i am moslty wanting to expose this sexy tube frame and engine living under all that fibre glass.. Yeah, well, sexy is in the eye of the beholder. When I was tuning my del Orto carbs I spent a lot of time riding my Paso short circuit style around the neighbourhood with nothing on the bike but the seat. No plastic, and no tank. Just one of those aluminium cans you buy ...

:cool: The owners manual says the chain should be adjusted to 15-20mm play with the rear suspension compressed halfway. So 20mm would be loose. It's easy to compress the rear suspension with the bike on the centre stand and a few turns of rope over the saddle, with some padding to protect the saddle...

Do you have a manual? Keep the chain adjusted slightly on the loose side for best gear changes and smoothest running.
