Re: I'm sorry to say: It's a goodbye!
Inspired no doubt by your example, Roy, I, too, have traded in my Paso (907, that is) for a new bike, in my case a new Moto Guzzi Griso 1100. For Ducati, I still have the Monster S4R, and there is the Buell 1125R, and the two Triumph 650s that need my attention. I have learned a lot on this forum, a...

Re: oil cooler
My guess, too ... for example, my M S4R has about 50% more hp than the 907, and runs much higher coolant temps, like 225F in traffic. I don't think I ever saw more than 175F on the 907.

Re: 907ie swingarm chain adjusters
I have two standard axle plates (since I installed the desmotimes plates). Also available, one used adjuster bolt. Where are you? I'm near Boston zip 02474 if you want to check shipping cost.

Re: Rally in Sicily
Sure would be nice to visit my grandfather's homeland ... but I don't like flying these days, except for "flying low" on the Ducati (or Guzzi or Buell).

Re: What battery do you have?
Did you choose that, kurt, and if so, why? Also thinkin bout odyssey, does it fit org battery box? You have a pic of it mounted? Hi Gert -- I wanted a sealed battery and read about the PC535 on this forum, then read the info at batterymart.com and was convinced. It's a little smaller than the batte...

Re: Ducati Paso Club Membership
Ironic, though, that they list ducatipaso.org in the CLUB dropdown, but don't list Paso or 907 in the MODEL dropdown. Just one of those quirks that cause us to love Ducati, right? haha

Thanks, Jon, I have the anti-seize handy in the shop and usually apply it to threads, will go for underhead now, too.

Re: 1991 907 I.E. Rear motor mounts
I for one think that I benefit from this discussion, at least I have some grasp of as opposed to the electronic threads haha. Anyway, I thought that most tork specs are for dry threads, is that right? So, are we over torking if we apply loctite? And, are you suggesting applying anti-seize to nut fac...

Re: Ducati Paso Club Membership
I am easily confused
When I clicked OTHER, then DUCATI disappeared. I guess I could have typed DUCATI 907 within OTHER, as if it were a brand other than Ducati.
Have Ducati erased Paso and 907 from their memory?
Sounds like a Paso Protest a-brewing ...

Hi Jon -- the links in your post didn't work for me, but here's the one I used yesterday (thanks to Ted el Presidente at NEDOC.org -- http://www.ducati.com/news/09/news_club/welcomekit/kit.jhtml which led me to this: http://club.ducati.com/_layouts/ducaticlub/registration/register.aspx Anyway I sign...
