Those BH belts have similar tooth to Dayco belts, with a 'groove' at the tip of the tooth.

The stein dinse look good. About £40 posted if paid by bank transfer. Problem with parts from USA is import duty and post are killer.
Ducati really pissed me off changing the part number and doubling the price for 900 belts.
Cheers Keith.

I read dayco are inferior on Ducati forum. I bought a pair thinking they were oe, the eBay ad had Ducati logo, the tooth is different. I returned them commenting his listing was misleading but he continued his ad.

So that site is a load of bollox then. A bit naughty really as a person could think he was buying a rare bike if he consuted it before purchasing.

Nick, I believe your bike used to belong to David Harvey, who I met at an owners club meet many years ago. He did a lot of experiments with weber carbs and wrote articles in docgb magazine about his solutions.

I bought some nos 900 belts recently...73710011A on packet, 737.4002.1A on belt.
Ducati changed the numbers when they doubled the price.
I read on another forum they do vary in construction slightly.

Re: Burned Exhaust Valve
I run a similar set up to yours, 2:1 / K+N / open airbox with a Baines chip, I've never had the mixture checked but the bike runs fine and I've done 50,000 miles without problems. 16:1 seems way out, perhaps something else is causing your bike to run lean. Re: Burned Exhaust Valve

Someone on here fitted a P8 to 907 if you do a search ma...
