Re: Dellorto
I have Dellortos on mine and a light gasoline smell is normal to me, at least has always been there on mine (I've owned mine since early 90's), and I've rebuilt my carbs at least twice since then, both times due to worn out float valves due to ethanol in gasoline. The gasoline smell has always been ...

Re: 88 750 w/GOLD Valve caps (orig) only 50 made?
My 1988 Limited (white), from what I have read, was 1 of 50 produced and it has gold valve covers. But I've seen gold covers in pictures of other 750's in this forum so I don't think that rumor is true. At first I thought they were anodized gold but they are just painted. I know, this is not helpful...

Re: Hello all from the great state of TEXAS
I have Dellortos on mine with the fuel pump. Works great so maybe something up with the pump itself. The pump will make a noise when key is on so if no noise, probably bad or clogged. Expect the same dried gasoline crud in your pump as was in your tank and carbs. It will run fine without the pump bu...

Re: Hello all from the great state of TEXAS
Welcome to the site and sweet find. I see it still has the old Michelin tires on it; new exact size replacements are now available from Shinko.

Re: 16 inch Shinko Tyres for Paso
So my local shop mounted a new front, which used half the balance weights as the first one. Is that out of the ordinary?? They are holding the damaged one in their shop for the Shinko rep to take, if and when he ever shows up!

Re: Shinko tyres
I just had a set installed on mine and so far I like them a lot. I don't have many miles, uh, kilometers on them so I can't say how they hold up. I think you will be pleased with them.

Re: Released From the Basement #4089
Pasoforme, I've got a little over 14K miles on mine. I'm third owner but have had it since 1994. Yes Corbin seat and track exhausts. Plus has Dellorto conversion. I just put Shinko's on and so far they feel great. I'm actually riding the heck out of it now because now I know the rubber is safe! Keep...

Sweet! Another Limited on the road. Looks REALLY familiar! Do you have the track exhausts? What's the mileage?

Hi Chris,
The bulge was in the summit/top/crown of the tire. That's all I know at this time.

Re: 16 inch Shinko Tyres for Paso
Hi Everyone, This is an update on my Shinko tires. Well it took me until two months ago to have mine mounted (I bought them a year ago) and have found them to be a nice tire. Makes a world of difference to have new tires on again after so long. The ride is smooth and handling is much better - more n...

Re: 750 Paso 16" front wheels
I also have a small flat spot in my front rim from a pothole encounter many, many years ago and I have never noticed any issues even after a recent tire change to the new 130/60-16 tires from Shinko.
