Fuel Pump is grounded through the ECU. If you are lucky you can repair the ecu. otherwise you'll need a replacement.

Don't much see the point of acquiring a used(as in 30 plus years old) stator when a brand new one is cheap and readily available from many sources.

I have one in my 907ie. Got to the point where I had to replace the spring almost annually. So after chatting with Steve at Bevel Heaven I bought the kit. So far it works well. Only been a couple of months. Tried once before to get the same kit from some guys in Italy who as it turns out didn't have...
