Love following this build. Excellent workmanship and good pictures! Where did you source the frame plugs? (simple search and I found them on ebay) I would like to pic some up for my 750 build I recently completed.
Cheers,

Re: 750 Sport refresh
As I have stated before the weather is miserable here so I thought I would share some of my previous builds. As you can see old Honda's are my second love to Ducati. Here are a couple of my previous builds. K1 CB750K1 JDM http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm127/tweakin_photo/H99A8304_zpseyodf1pu.jp...

Re: 750 Sport refresh
your work is impeccable. Very nicely turned out. What rear hugger did you put on there? Seems to fit nicely. I'm sure there was some modification in there somewhere to either the swingarm or the hugger. Phil It is a 900ss carbon rear hugger and fits quite well. All you need to do is carefully cut t...

Re: 750 Sport refresh
The weather has been horrible so I have had a bit of time to further work on some small details of the build. Still have quite a few things to wrap up but getting closer to complete. http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm127/tweakin_photo/8A8C78C8-B717-489E-914D-8454AFE00EA1_zpskwcpm3af.jpg http://i2...

Re: 750 Sport refresh
Thanks Cris. It’s not completely finished but close. I have built many old bikes, mostly Vintage Honda’s and a few new Harley’s. This has been my first old Ducati build and it’s been a blast. When the weather gets better I will take some quality photos with something other than my phone. This is abs...

Re: 750 Sport refresh
^^^ Thanks for taking the time to peek at and reply to my build thread. I think this should be a fun bike to rip around on this year.

She is pretty much complete. These are the best pictures I can get because of the bad weather we have here. http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm127/tweakin_photo/DB88C10E-898A-4F79-8C2A-08C048E8349A_zpsh1g4xmkr.jpg http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm127/tweakin_photo/th_d9599055-9c7d-4356-abb7-9b...

Re: 750 Sport refresh
Tank is back from paint fixed. Waiting on the correct fuel line wye (Y) and inline jet for the return line then I can wrap up this build and start shake down rides.

Building this bike has inspired me to go test ride a 2017 Monster 1200r. Re: 750 Sport refresh
Thank you Andrew. The pipes are for a 92 900ss but with a little modification worked well with the stock sport header pipe. Really impressed with the quality and delivery of the GPR pipes.Andrew2 wrote:Looking good. I can't wait to see the end result. Are those GPR's made for the Sport specifically?.

Another small update. Headers have been ceramic coated and the body has been dropped off at paint. http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm127/tweakin_photo/C7C46E3A-DD5F-4556-9229-A5DEB1D8A9AF_zps05fb4sbh.jpg http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm127/tweakin_photo/E8E102F7-7F1D-4D89-9E60-F5B834E38DB6_z...
