Re: Fairing screws
Just checked as I thought I didn't get such a good deal :-( Their m6x20 are £1.79 each so £17.90 for 10. Plus no black plastic washer and no shoulder. Looks like the wemoto deal is good. Cannot find a black m8 button for the top two screws on either site though! Keith MM in a gloriously sunny Londo...

So, it is now spring! Still not a single PASO or 907IE on the road, apart from mine? Can't believe it!
Are they all broken or is everyone too old to ride them now?

Re: Sunday Breakfast Runs - UK South
Sorry about that. I will however be at the National Motorcycle Museum on Friday 17th March for the 35th Aniversay of the Hesketh. I guess though I should ride my Hesketh there, even though it is a totally Sh1t bike compared to the 907ie!

Re: New tank!
Good plan. Thanks! I will start with 3X who supplied both my 907's new, and the SFC, and the Super III come to think of it. I think they offloaded all there Ducati stuff long ago but worth a phone call...
Re: New tank!
Tried the shop in France but no reply yet, even though they do show a tank in stock... Got a tank from Rudy but damaged in transit. The front OS corner was bent and successfully straightened again but now we found that the whole top of the tank was compressed onto the internal vent and badly rippled...

Re: New Timing Belts and tensioning
For tensioning belts I use Gates Carbon Drive app on my phone http://www.gatescarbondrive.com/products/tools Good for IPHONE and ANDROID. Not Windows Phone... But who would want a Windows phone? ;) :) :) :) It was a big mistake and only because I "upgraded" from my trusty 6310i just...

Re: New Timing Belts and tensioning
Fork seals are Ariete ARI.083. The 5mm allen key method is often used and mentioned in different forums but noone can actually tell its origin. Imho it`s from the 4V guys as it results in a much higher tension. If you`d want to end up with ca 110Hz it would be the '8mm allen key method'. However th...

New Timing Belts and tensioning
Recommendations please for supplier of good quality timing belts. Also, do they have a date stamp either on the packaging or belts themselves? There are a number of posts on this and other forums comparing prices and quality of belts from Ducati, Gates, Dayco, Flennor etc. Gates make most if not all...
