Re: HEY DUCK01 Have you sold the 906?
Hey Duck, doing something that you love to do beats earning money every time. Sounds like it is a great business & if you want to bring it over to Bondi...umm...err...I mean Australia then there will be plenty of places to start it up over here, I think you will bump into a couple of other Kiwi'...

Re: Fuel PRICE around world????
Well here in Australia the price varies a lot from city to country areas & the further into the bush you go the dearer it gets. Currently in Sydney the average price is: ULP $1.47 (0.85 euro) Diesel $1.67 (0.97 euro) LPG $0.65 (0.38 euro) Taree which is 5 hours from Sydney & where I am ( &am...

Re: my new exhaust
Nice looking bike, even the paint scheme, maybe it is because it reminds me a little of a K1200rs BMW. Like the high pipes too.
Do you have any better pics to share with us?
Paso's do tend to make the ones they love very happy, ENJOY!!!

Re: Cursed Paso
Maybe you should make them an offer they cant refuse! It might cost you a bit more to get a non running bike but if they are using chisels around Ducati regularily you need to save this paso from these people before it's too late!!!

Re: New to Pasos
When I bought my 906 it was down to a 900ss or the Paso & (of course) the Paso won out & I have not regretted it for a moment (excluding the time the regulator/rectifier crapped itself while i was out for a ride & I was trapped in the middle of no where with absolutely nothing left in th...

Re: Intro + opinions wanted
Hey Johnny have you noticed this 907 that appeared on bikesales.com.au recently. It is about 5 hours north of where I am but I may be able to get a guy that knows about these things to have a look at it for you if you want. [You can't get much further from you in WA as it is up near Byron Bay (about...

Re: Touring on a 906
Wow! we all have a Williamtown connection although all at different times. Laddie you may be saddened to know that the Married quarters were all removed in the late nineties & the scrub behind them & the tanks had dissappeared well before I arrived there in 1988. The old Missile was still th...

Re: Regular fuel?
I always use premuim unleaded (98 octane) & she purrs like a kitten, I have used regular unleaded (91 Octane I think ) when Premium has been unavailable & she does not feel quite the same to me. It could be psychological but I don't think so. I accidentally filled up with E10 (Ethanol) once ...

Re: Photos recent trips
Nice shot! Is that a part of the Lunar landscape that was round Queenstown? I had heard it was growing back & the locals were poisioning the regrowth bacause they were worried no one would want to go there if the place did not look like the moon. Last time I was there was about 15 years ago &...

Re: Touring on a 906
Yeah Marty there are plenty of dirt roads here, from where I live near Taree if I go 30 Km west most roads turn to dirt just as they start to climb into the mountians which is a real shame. When I had my K100RS I used to love riding them but on the Paso when I get to the dirt I ussually turn round &...
