Ready to own a Paso again!
Hi all! Been a long while since I have been on here along with owning a Paso. I was just talking about how I would contemplate owning a Paso again (the last one I had just started becoming more of a heartache than a headache) and after browsing Craigslist I see this!! http://newjersey.craigslist.org...

Re: 750 paso chain adjustment
Nice job on the great find! Perhaps we could see some pictures one day! In regards to the adjuster, do you happen to have a breaker bar? When I use to work as a mechanic there were many times when the impact failed to do its job. I really stopped using them because of it- haha! I know it's a silly q...

Re: Goldentyre Purchase in USA
How much would just the rear tire be? I put a new front tire on last summer and have a spare front sitting in my garage. If the price is more in favor of a set, then I may be in for a set if you are still ordering.

Re: Clutch clutch clutch is not so clutch
Thanks for the picture whitepaso! I definitely do not have the o-ring. I have everything else but that. I took it apart again and out shot the spring, luckily it landed in the beer box because I never saw it fly out. Just saw a spring in there when I went to grab a drink, haha! Today it faded again,...

Re: Clutch clutch clutch is not so clutch
Oh my... I am missing a massive amount. Could it be that this clutch is a different one from factory? It is brembo and to my knowledge this one in the picture was the stock one. I had taken this one off the bike and swapped it with my spare. I am amazed, time to start looking for the rebuild kit! Th...

Re: Clutch clutch clutch is not so clutch
So I found my other clutch master cylinder and decided to see the problem for the leak. Here's the first picture of it spread out: http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h156/dross307/IMG_1042.jpg That's the order that things came out, no springs or anything else. My concern is that there is no o-ring on...

Re: Clutch clutch clutch is not so clutch
I ended up putting the lever straight up and down, and had success bleeding it that way. I know this is in fact a great setup, just was so annoyed and tired after work, haha! So yes, the clutch is currently working and a test drive showed it to be stronger than ever. If I slowly lose press...

Re: Clutch clutch clutch is not so clutch
I can't believe the set up for the bike, never thought it would ever be this difficult. Just got back from work, no time yet to take the bike out as I have to go workout. Once I get back I am going to pump about 3x and do a quick bleed, then take it for a ride. Be back on here later tonight with eit...

Re: Clutch clutch clutch is not so clutch
Thanks delagem! I went out and leaned the bike far over as I could, took the cap off, and slowly squeezed the lever and to my surprise no air bubbles came out. So I cracked the banjo bolt, slowly squeezed lever, and 1 tiny air bubble (I mean miniscule) appeared. Now I don't have great pressure, but ...

Clutch clutch clutch is not so clutch
Hey all. I've searched and tried every technique on here. I keep losing clutch pressure, though I'm not leaking any fluid because each time I check my master cylinder, I see the same amount is still in there. I'll bleed until no more air comes out of the line, run the bike for an hour, and the clutc...

Re: How many 750 & 906 Pasos in the U.S. & Canada?
Well to answer your question, I have no idea how many are in the US and Canada. However, I can tell you that I have 2 1988 Blue Paso 750's in my garage. One in perfect condition I was using as a daily driver (till I decided it would be worth it to drain the fluids and park the bike and pick up a new...

Re: Another Paso added to the family :D
Hey everyone! So I already have started to rebuild on the newest paso and realized that eBay is limited on what I may need. Are there any other websites that sell Paso parts? Or perhaps parts that are interchangeable? I figured I'd come here first and ask before I do hours of searches. I know eBay i...

Re: Another Paso added to the family :D
Initially the owner wanted $1,000 for it. I inquired when I first saw it because I wanted just some parts (back in September) and he didn't want to part the bike. No one came along and he wanted it gone when Christmas was coming so he called me up and I took it! I don't know if I would do a full-blo...

Another Paso added to the family :D
Hey everyone! Been a long while since I posted on here. Christmas I added another 88 Paso 750 to the family. Bought it for $150.00! Last on the road in 2006 and the transmission went on it. Sounds like a bad bearing to me and had the intentions of tearing right into it. However the nice weather is h...
