Re: cam pulley
18 tooth cam pulleys from a 851/888/916/748 will fit on a 750 Paso/Sport, 906 or 907IE. The 20 tooth ones from the Teastastretta won't. Most cam pulleys, specially aftermarket ones don't have the outer flange.

Re: Muffler options
Over the years the glasfibre packing burns out and is blown out the exhaust. Be sure not to stuff in the new material too strongly otherwise the exhaust will remain loud.

Re: Checking electric system
Hard to say what model reg/rect it is. I searched through pictures but didn't see one with that order of wires (two green in the middle and the yellow on the outside)

Re: Checking electric system
You can post a picture of the reg/rect. Maybe someone can identify it.
I'm wondering about the cable with the cut red wire. Is that an original one? All the wiring is in hoses while that is a 3-wire cable.

Re: Muffler options
Rudy (duc-only.nl) might have some.I don't know if in the NL you need certain homologation numbers stamped on the exhaust as we do in Germany. If not the easiest would be to install some db killers. Also depending on how old the silencers are it may make sense to repack them.

I stand corrected. Good eye! I've never ever seen or heard about that. By the looks of it the line is 20-30cm long. What is there to connect it to?!

The answer is none. The same seller has a few other parts that are supposed to be Paso parts but aren't.

Re: Looking for known good set of 907ie throttle bodies
If you already found how and where to install the EFI system you're fine. Installing carbs is simpler tho. It doesn't require the large Digiplex ECU, vacuum lines nor numerous sensors. It simplifies the wiring, too. Regarding the electrics all that would be required is installing the two pick-ups an...

Re: Paso 750 engine removal procedure
The parts catalog will probably help. It's not that difficult. After removing the exhaust and headers and everything else that's connected to the engine like shifter lever or crankcase breather hose, disconnecting the wires of the neutral switch, ground connection etc. remove the bottom frame rails ...

I'm with Hamish. I wouldn't modify that part. I wonder if the reverse installed conical spacer could have dented the swingarm.

You find his email in his posts in the classifieds section.
Why not convert it to carbs? That would simplify things.
