Re: Flickering and ticking
Further info; ticking seems to be normal activity of pump as it went quieter after a while. Seems like pump drawing a lot of current but there's plenty of fuel getting through. Just talked to PO - he said it needed a lot of electrical power to start it due to high state of tune. I'll try it with a s...

Flickering and ticking
I just put a battery in my newly acquired 906. When you turn the ignition on the dash lights flicker rapidly and there's a rapid ticking nose from under the tank like a stuck pump or a relay latching and unlatching. Before I dive into it to have a look has anyone seen anything like this before? I'm ...

Is this a regular engine number?
I've just bought a 906 Paso which came in from Canada. It's had some engine work done, and I don't recognise the format of the engine number which looks like it may have been added by a workshop. Is this a standard engine number?
The engine number is JB4L000xxx where xxx are numbers.
Cheers

Resurrection and lucky find
My 907ie has been off the road for several years but I'm planning on getting her going again this year. Wish me luck! One of the things that has inspired me is that I managed to blag a set of Givi pannier racks from ebay. :-) I've been looking for years. Having decent luggage makes it a much more at...

Re: UK Paso and 750 Sport Owners Rally 2014 - European Frien
Having had a quick scan of the thread I couldn't see a date - has one been suggested? I might well try to make it if I can get away - IanEll - 80miles. My bike's been off the road for about 8 years so it's a hell of a challenge - I have to sell a 996, an ST4, and ST4S and a Cali then I can get it ba...

Upgrading a 907ie
Evening all, Not been on here for quite a while as my 907 has been in storage for a few years. This leads me to my question. If I were to find myself in possession of a 907 which had been sitting for a while, and an ST4S which is working well but which (while quite legally owned) is not UK registere...

Considering selling my 907 in the UK
I have too many bikes and a business that isn't bringing in enough money (anyone in SW UK need any IT support/consultancy/management services? :-)). I don't really want to but I'm considering selling my 907ie. It's a 1992 K reg bike in the UK, 17000 miles. http://www.ianellison.org.uk/907ie/907ie.ht...
