Well Sheldon, I decided to keep my toy(90 hawk gt) for now and pass on the Pasos. As for comfort, I know whatb you and garnet mean. I'm 42 now, but I still like to ride the track and semi aggressive on the street. This hawk keeps me safe. Compared to riding a repli-racer. I still love the Pasos. The...

Life of the Eng
So... I haven't really seen any really high miles on these Duc engs. Do we know of anybody with some serious mileage on their bikes? That's not including a rebuild or any freshening up.... I remember a friend had 57 K on his 851. And that was with some serious abuse. He even entered a race with lil ...

Front tire clearance
The 70 series might be close, but the 80 series front has got to rub. There isn't much clearance with the stco mich to begin with. I haven't been near a 750 since 88, so I am guessing from memory here.

Thanks for replies all. I was going to consider all things needed before I made an offer. I was gonna do the belts and valves myself. and get new tires of course also. Pretty much do a full presale service on it before I ride. If I buy it.. I just need to read up on the upgrades needed. I've heard o...

Should i get this LTD?
Well I am possibly thinking of getting back into Ducs. The Paso was the bike that got me into the marque. But when I fianlly got one, it wasn't a Paso. I got a 75 860. Then a few years later I got the New 95 916. It was mainly used as a trackbike... Sold it, then have had various bikes since. But no...
